I woke up one day before breakfast. This is a poem I wrote three days later.
Dream and scream,
Held down by a ghost,
The demon crushing you down,
You are muted,
People are oblivious all around,
Whilst you are bound in metal,
You are awake,
Awoken by the day,
Yet out of essence,
You desperately grasp for life,
Every breath you take feels final.

Foul wretch'd demons!
Foul nightly assailant!
Damn'd be my misery in this nocturnal ploy,
Cast down from the heavenly palace,
Unexpected inspiration sends us back to Tellus,
Are you here with us?
