MEMORIES TURNED BLACK

My memories have turned black,

I can't turn back,

Only chance to reclaim my life,

Is to tell little boy jack,

About the things I have seen,

And the mistakes I have made,

To give hope for the future generations,

It's too late for me,

But now it's time for everyone to see,

The things in life,

That make our world bleed.

Little boy jack,

Not so little anymore,

Still remembers ten years back,

When his father walked out the door,

Hasn't seen him once in all those years,

But it's been so long,

He's run out of tears,

Has already accepted his father is gone,

One day he finds a stack of papers,

With his fathers name,

After reading all those letters,

Life would never be the same,

And now he see's,

The things in life,

That make our world bleed.
