A Near Accident

Riding on a motercycle is the most dangerous way to travel. What happened shows this.
One morning when I was going home from work I saw a man apparently sitting down in the middle of the lane. I was far away enough to be able to stop. I looked around and saw a motorcycle and its driver beside the street. The motorcycle was laying on its side.
I asked him if he needed help. He replied that he didn't. As i drove away I heard a voice saying "You @#$%^&& you went through a red light."
When I got home I saw a spot of blood on the front of my car, which I wiped away.
