Observing

I have been hurt before in my life, but never have I felt more pain than that of the pain I have inflicted on myself. Is there a reason why we cause such harm to ourselves, or a reason that we continue down the road of our own torture?

To be honest sometimes I’m not certain at all.

And what are we to make of the pain that we cause each other?
Difference in agreements regarding the sharpest of knives!
And those knives are something we all know and live with.

I also deeply feel that a big part of our problems as human beings would have to be a serious lack of intelligent’s and respect where they are desperately needed.
I do feel that we have made many strides foward in some respects. Of course nowhere close to the place that I feel the human race should be, then I also remind myself that in some ways we have greatly improved.
