Violet Awakes in the room that will later become her cell. First chapter.
The white light stung her blood coloured eyes as she struggled to open them.  Tears had begun to form in the corners irritating Violet even more.  A quick glance around the room revealed nothing special.  White tiled walls, tiled floor, a plain white bed, a toilet and sink over in the corner.  Nothing else except a mirrored wall.

A cell.

How had she got here?  Violet had no recollection of anything before waking up here.  Glancing up at the huge mirror Violet gasped at the sight of her reflection.  He once beautiful snow white hair was streaked with dirt and blood, the blood probably from the huge cut on her cheek.  The pitch black ears, one of the only visable giveaways of what she really was other than her tail were filthy.  Bringing her hand up to her mouth she licked the salty skin before proceding to clean the fur clad ears.

From behind the glass a young man watched in fascination as the white haired girl awoke.  White haired Neko to be precise.  He had been there when she was captured.  Witnesses claimed they had seen her single handedly kill 9 of her kind in the space of 2 minutes.  The first three, spectators say, were killed by the balls of fire she created in her hand.  Another three by some dark substance she summoned.  The remianing Nekos lives were cut short by an ear piercing scream.  Those who heard it described it as a noise so horrible it made them want to go deaf so they wouldn't have to hear it anymore.  The young man, vampire actually, who had been named Salem at birth was waiting for signs of these supposed powers.  So far all the girl seemed to want to do was clean herself and stare at the mirror infront of her.  This act chilled the vampire somewhat,  Violet seemed to be staring straight at him.  It was almost as if she could see through the two way mirror and knew exactly where Salem sat.

Violet did not care at all for the room.  She only cared for what was beyond it, behind the mirror.  She knew there was a room behind it.  A room full of people, watching her, analysing her.  She could feel their presence.  It was like a weight in her mind.  She sat there and stared.  For days she kept the same position, her eyes fixed on the mirrored surface.  A smile would creep onto her face everytime a person left the room beyong the mirror.  This happened frequently, her never ceasing stare chilling them deep into their core until they could stand it no longer.  She stared until only one remained.  She knew he was the reason she was here.  She knew he wanted something from her.  She knew he must die before she could be free.  Violet would stop at nothing to get out of her cell.  Nothing at all.
