How do you describe the one that is meant for you; your soul mate?
It is said that people had two heads and four legs to start,
But in the end, this human form had a gloomy fate.
The gods made these people split apart,
And from then on they had two legs and one head.
They were to spend their lives searching for their other half,
For they share a soul, and now inside, they feel dead.
Even today, no matter how much we have fun and laugh,
We yearn for the day we will meet our other half.

What if you think you have found your soul mate,
But there is a great distance between them and you?
If it is our destiny, must we sit around and wait,
Or do we travel the world, since we feel it is something we must do?
Remember we cannot choose the one that is meant for us,
Nor how or when we will meet.
But we must never give up or fuss,
For we could lose our soul mate in a heartbeat.
