about an elderly couple on which cancer has taken a great toll.
Each word exchanged was bitter sweet
The sparkle is his cancer worn eyes
Brought her to a place she hasn’t been in a while
A place where true love will always reign
In a whisper as soft as the wind
“I will always love you” he gasped
The room fell silent
As he became one with the earth
Twisting thoughts constricted her mind
How could the great seer of all
Take him away
How could he
How could he
