Another song about my ex, wrote after (sequel to) the first (Forgiveness).
[Intro]
The sound of her voice gets me high.
I always found something to say;
cause the last thing I ever wanted to say,
was goodbye.

[Verse 1]
I still remember the look on your face,
when I first caught your eye.
And the smile on your face,
when I first said ‘Hi!’.
It made me feel assured that you,
would always be mine.
That you would be by my side,
and never leave me high and dry.
All of the time;
it was me that was too good for you,
but in the end -
it was you who made me cry.
Losing you was like the sun turning into ice.
My heart was not broken; it was stolen.
You are everything in my life.
Your tears fall like raindrops from heaven.
You will always be an angel.
I never meant to be a devil.
There is a hole in my stomach,
Hollow like a bottomless well.
Without you I would rather fall down into it;
being imprisoned in your hell.

[chorus]
With your hand I can bite the bullet.
Its cold, hard and shattering me;
but we deserve to be free.
With your hand I can guide us through it.
Its warm, soft and assuring me,
That in the dark I can see, us
together for eternity.

[Verse 2]
I seen our place,
through the kaleidoscope glass,
I see you,
through the mistral smoke.
There you are,
the fire of passion heat.
Asthmatic-esque I choke,
falling to my feet.
The images of us together,
overwhelmingly make up the bigger picture.
I miss ye!
I see us together in the grand design.
And in the grand scheme of things,
you are mine!
