Poem of the tether of peace and the one that pulls me from it.
My tether

My tether seems to be permanent, although it’s length changes with time,
I tighten in with conscious pulls, the quicker I return the better,
I’m at the ground, the gravity of peace I feel divine I’ll sever,
My tether to the sky that pulls at peace.

The tether will descend again and grab me, unbeknownst to me,
Then I will again return to ground through efforts,
And fasten my frame to the immovable mass that is His Word.
Can I delineate the times this troubles, I’ll try, a goal quite worthy.

I find the depth at which I travel widens, it’s offered often now,
Before confused. I HATE the thing, which grabs my eye’s attention,
Distracts me from the things I should attend.
My Lord I know you ask me to remember,
That in your flow mistakes cannot be made,
As you are perfect, pure, reminding nicely,
When I return you’re there with open arms.

You’re promises remain a sure-foot standard,
At which reproach does not exist for you,
Your purity and grace they both extend you,
To all of us exponents do we see?

I think our underestimation values,
The level of belief in you reflects,
The level of our trust towards gifts we’ve got,
Through darkened, clouded, filters far from truth,
Our vision murky-yours is clear and perfect,
You sometimes share your clarity serene.
