Memories Ch 4 The End

         “Cloud please you need my help.” “No please just leave me alone.” “You need help to see things. Please let me help you.” “No I’m doing this for Denzel and I need a good sleep so please leave me alone.”

         Cloud woke up the next morning in a good mood. He felt refreshed, but his wound still ached him. He sighed and waited to hear the doorknob turn and Denzel’s footsteps. He was surprised because he didn’t hear Denzel at all. He heard the doorknob turning and some familiar footsteps coming towards his bed. He knew who it was even before he spoke to him.

         “Well hello Cloud.” “Hello Sephiroth.” “I thought that I would pay a visit to an old friend who needed consolation in his time of need.” “Please let’s just cut the bull shit. What do you want?” “I want to fight you. What else?” “Well what are you waiting for? Just stab me and get it over with. I am too tired to fight.” “I want to kill you in a battle. Not this easy. Now get off you lazy ass and fight. Or are you afraid?” Even though Cloud could not see he could feel Sephiroth’s cold eyes staring at him. “What have you done with Denzel?” “Don’t worry Cloud, he is in good hands.”

         Sephiroth showed Cloud and image of Denzel with red eyes sitting next to Marlene. He could see little streaks of silver in his hair. Cloud’s heart filled with despair. “What have you done to him?” “Just returning the favor.” “Fine I give in I’ll fight you.” “Good.” “When will we fight?” “You may never know but you will know when the time comes.”
