I'm lost within

Lost in the words of the everyday conversations,
Lost within the dark and foggy empty spaces that fullfill my mind,
No path to follow no words to explain it.
Im lost and i just cant help it,
staring into the mid of day trying to find my way,
its dark and cold and slightly becoming harder to breathe.
As i try to find my way out
I walk though the footsteps in every which way looking for an answer,
Yet i can not find it screaming... panicing... trying to get out.
Finally I realize that im lost with in myself,
and the only one that can help...
is the one im just learning to trust myself !
