CANDLE DANCE

Flickering flame, a candle at night.

Shadows dance in tune with the light.

Two silhouettes embracing their lover.

Whispering passionate words to the other.

Soft-spoken sounds like the coo of a dove.

Echoes of tenderness, patience and love.

Hearts beat as one, sensations fly high.

Breathtaking torment that ends with a sigh.

Indulgence subsides, but the light is still bright.

Dancing with feelings, long into the night.

The love that was felt on this marvelous night.

Spilled over and covered our souls with delight.

Tomorrow we dance again!
