The Meaning of Life

Ofttimes we ponder the meaning to life,
why we're here and our true purpose,
why all the heartache,
why all the pain,
wondering all the while God's ultimate plan.

Ofttimes God ponders His meaning for life,
His 'all knowing' purpose for our being here,
already mindful that with every heartbreak,
and with every tear,
it will build strength, character and will.

God has put within each of us
our own free will.
We choose how we handle both hardship and ease.
They are what molds us
into who we are today.

Do we merely ponder or do we ACT,
take the bad with the good,
allowing each experience to teach and mature us,
then use our knowledge to help others in need?
There IS meaning to life and we have purpose!
