How Sherlock Holmes ordered his day.
A Holmesian Clerihew

                                                        Old Hull, Quebec. September 28, 2006.

The sagacious Sherlock Holmes
Spent the day stoned, reading poems;
In the evening he ransacked the news,
In a frantic search for clues.

1. It is a fact, according to Dr.Watson, that Holmes was addicted to cocaine, His love of poetry, however, is probably fictional.

2. The Clerihew was invented by a schoolboy to amuse his classmates.
It should not be taken seriously.
