If I died...
What if tomorrow I weren't to awake
Would anyone notice? How long would it take?
Do you love me as much as you say?
Or do you have to keep the hatred at bay?
If tomorrow I were to pass
Would anyone notice that I didn't get to class?
Mom, at my funeral, would you cry
If tomorrow I were to die
Would you keep my room the same or would you rearrange
Because you probably will like the change
I'm just a pest to everyone around
So I'll go to bed and sleep so sound
So now what mom? More criticizism? More hate?
But now you will find that it is too late
For I have gone to bed and died
No one cared, no one cried
Just another little girl with a miserable past
That had a life that didn’t last
To the cemetery I am just another stone
Off to the corner and again alone
Now you'll feel bad mom for the things that you did
Because in my room something is hid
In the back of my book a note is shoved
That simply said, 'I am not loved'
