It's about... dieing.
Flashing red lights are blinding my eyes
Every three seconds someone else dies
Thinking of you, wishing you were here
And of this fact and is your time near
The slamming of doors, more flashing lights
Instead of love all we did was fight
Are you still here or have you gone
Leaving me alone in this world to move on
As I think this thousands more die
Is one of them you? I let out a and cry
"Don’t worry child, it’ll be alright
You won’t be taken from this world tonight"
I don’t know who said this and don’t really care
Just want to think of you and how it's not fare
I wish you weren't so mad at me
And that my conscience would let me be
I can’t believe I said that to you
But I was so angry and didn't know what to do
As I started to move there was bumping and scraping
I felt even weaker, my breath was escaping
In the blink of an eye it can all go away
That’s why I was rushed to the hospital that day
Every three seconds, well 1 2 3
You're safe at home, the next person was me
