Believe it!

Hear the words, see the images,
Watch the lies fly like birds,
Into eye, into heart,
That's how it will start.
If we tell them enough times they’ll believe,
That's how they reinforce the lies they weave.

What can we do? Not a whole lot.
Watch the rich man standing on his yacht,
Just hope you don't get caught,
You might be a terrorist, if you smoke pot.
Join the army! Then you’ll make a lot!

How can we make the people hear?
How can we stop the spread of fear?
Will they become bulls and stop being steers?
When will they open their eyes and their ears?

When the lies begin to flop,
When our leaders stop sowing their evil crop,
Then all the death and war will stop.

One by one the lies will disappear,
Until none are left and there is no fear,
