Here I lay on my death bed with masks that no one knows,
These masks that hide, they hide so well, the feelings I won't show,
I show what is known to only me as the smile of pain,
Only because on the inside my smile is full of shame,
I'm tired of caring what people think,
I don't care how far I sink,
These masks I wish to no longer wear,
They're nothing but personal flare,
I can't take them off but I finally see,
These masks have become a part of me.
