calm. peaceful.
stagnant.
my waters lay motionless
under the blazing sun,
catching its brightness
that leaves me
sparkling,
like crystal.

then you - the wind,
blew over me.
wild. enthusiastic wind.
playing. creating music.
i dance to the tune you
brought.
we danced.

waves erupted.
waves splashed.
together we created
waves.

together we rolled
towards the awaiting shores.
washing away the footmarks
of the past.
erasing the imprints
on the sand.

we rolled back to
my now lively waters.
together we danced.
together we captured
the hot sun.
together we warmed.
together we heated up.

rolling. splashing.
rolling.
together.

once again,
i laid motionless.
calm. peaceful.
now rippling.
with you - the wind,
softly blowing,
humming,
over me.
