I was at a historical jail cell and saw words written on the walls.
Words etched on a blasted wall,
all pointless and meaningless.
Words, showing the worthless souls
of the foolish mortal who once inhabited it.

Words from the cold heart of a dungeon,
ice the bones and still the blood.
Capturing and entangling teh human within,
crying and piercing every vulnerable lump.
Thus torturing and killing life therein.

Words of a blackened personage,
break the mold of old.
Gaining passage to worlds long foretold,
and ensnaring both yours and mine,

These words and death on teh wall,
of hope and light now forever smite,
the life within, never ceasing to hold silent.

Words etched on a blasted wall,
all pointless and meaningless.
Words, showing the worthless souls
and always uphold forever promises.
