jade's 1st

         Jade arrived at Quani’s house just in time. It was 4:50 when she last looked at her watch. She was nervous as hell when she walked up to the door. But she had to do it, it was time. Walking up to the door, Jade rang Quani’s bell.  Just as she was about to walk away, the door opened and there stood Quani. Jade scanned him, from head to toe.
“What’s up”, Quani said with a gruff voice.
“Um, hi Quani, your looking healthy.” A shiver went down his spine when she spoke. He looked at her with a lust in his eyes that she had never seen before. She could feel her looking at her. She followed his eyes as she walked into his house. He was wearing a plain white T and some “State Property” jeans. She felt like she had x-ray vision. Instead of his T, she saw his 6 pack, bulging from within his shirt. They sat down onto Quani’s couch and there was silence for a moment.
“So, what’s been up with you?
“Nothing, I’m trying to get my life on track”
“Look Jade, I”-

“I know, these 2 months have been some of the worst in my life.”
“Me too, I’ve been trying to stop myself from going off the deep end, you know.”

“Did you miss me during those months you were alone.”
“Yes, I missed you most of all, you know I graduate tomorrow. I was so happy to get the news, but I couldn’t celebrate the way I wanted to”
“How”

“What”
         Jade almost said “Me”, but she caught herself just in time.
“What”, Quani asked again.
“Never mind”
“Jade, look at me”
“What”
         Quani could see a glimpse of tears in her eyes.
“I’m sorry, for everything, I just wanted to say sorry, and let you know that I love you.”
“No Quani, don’t”-
“Jade, I love you, and I miss you so much”
“Don’t”
“Jade, I’m sorry”
“Don’t tell me if you don’t mean it”
“I do mean it, Jade, tell me you love me”
“I can’t”
“Jade, please”
“I love you”
         Just as the words left he mouth, Quani’s covered it. He grabbed her waist and pulled her off the couch. Jade shut her eyes, allowing Quani to inch her slowly into his bedroom. They both fell onto the bed, and he kissed her. The kiss went from her lips to her neck. Soon her shirt was sliding over her slender arms. Again he kissed her as his arms smoothly curved around her back, snapping off her bra. Out spilled her breasts, as her nipples arose, his mouth covered them with warmth. He kissed them, and she turned her head and opened her eyes just to look at him. He smiled and lightly nibbled on them. She moaned, her hands sliding through his short, soft, curly hair.

“Jade, why didn’t you tell me”
“I guess I wasn’t ready”
“What a way to find out”
“Yeah, I know, I’m sorry.”
“It’s kind of funny, your age I mean”
“Yeah, well I never had time for sex”
“Jade you know I would’ve never pressured you if I knew”
“I know you love me too much”
“Yeah, I do”
“Oh, and to answer your question I’m not scared of anything.”
         Quani thought back to the argument that they had had, when he asked her what she was afraid of about sex.
“You scared of me”. He tickled her stomach and turned to face her.
“I love you Quani, I really do”
“I love you too Jade”
