A brief journal entry that I wrote in a moment of dispair.

When do you know if you had enough?
When do you know that its too hard?
How do you know that it is helpless and worthless?
How can you stop letting it eat you up inside until there is nothing left?
How do you cure loneliness?
How do you let yourself be isolated and alone? How do you let this happen?
How do you become less needy when you're in need? How do you explain your need when they don't understand you?
How do you get back to the way you were? When did it get like this?
How do you change what needs to be changed? Where do you start making changes?
How do you stop thinking?
Why do you think so much?
Where does it come from?
Why do you second guess yourself?
What is real? Who is real?
I want to feel whole.
I want to feel stable and calm. I want to feel complete.
