a poem about some great advice someone once told me.
If there ever is one piece
Of advise that
Should be passed down
To anyone it’s to never forget.

Don’t forget
The reasons why you cry.
Don’t forget
Each love that passes through your life.
Don’t forget
To not let time just pass you by.

Take a deep breath
And look around.
Don’t forget
The feeling of a heart break.

Don’t forget
The feeling of love.
And how you felt
Like collapsing every time
Your love said hi.
Don’t forget
Anything.

Slow down live for the moments
Don’t let your innocence
Just pass by.

Don’t forget
Your first kiss.
Don’t forget
The little things.
The little things,
Make you who you are.
If they are forgotten,
Part of you disappears.

Just take a breath
And remember how,
The sun felt on your face
That day your love walked
Into your life.

Don’t forget
The words you both spoke.
Don’t forget
The arguments.
For those are the reasons
Why you are stronger,
Why your love for one
Another is stronger.
You over came obstacles
And never once
Forgot to believe in each other.

Just don’t forget
A single moment.
