Three immortal sisters, The Thriae. Together a web of love, betrayal and redemption.
Very little is known about the Thriae. The most common description is that they are minor nature goddesses who reside at the base of Mt. Parnassus, telling the future with the art of tossing pebbles which was taught to them by Hermes. In art they are represented as holy virgins with white hair and, oftentimes, wings.

The lack of any real detail into their background, history and use in Greek mythology intrigued me. Slowly I began to see them not as a trio but as three young women who, by some turn of fate, would become lost in myth forever. They formed names, personalities, and physical features along with a complete history and reason for their gradual slip into oblivion.

So here is my version of their tale. Please take note that the majority of what takes place in this story is completely altered from accepted facts about Greek mythology. It is all in pure fun and from the mind of a girl who has spent far too much time reading encyclopedias and novels based on Greek gods and goddesses!
