The last line explains this poem quite clear.
I need to control this feeling inside
This road that I'm on, I don't care to ride

I had hoped I would never see you again
Your presence has brought me nothing but pain
Your timing is bad, you had nothing to gain
Leave my life now! you come only in vain

You cant keep on trying to get in my head
My thoughts you create are better unsaid
I am better than this, you will not be fed
for if you don't leave, I am better off dead

If only I could just keep you away
I could look forward to every new day
You don't ever have any good things to say
You have no place in my heart, so just go away
My love for my life shall keep you at bay
I will be stronger and will get my way

You give off a scent that others detest
You poison my soul, your qualities at best
The hatred you seep is hard to digest
Admiting your name shall put you to rest

Unsettled anger...Its you I protest
