Pain is not necessarily the absence of joy, but the highlighting of such. For without pain there would be no recognition of the profoundness that is joy. Pain, and the acceptance of, is inevitable, as is the rising and setting of the sun. Never has anyone questioned the work of it. Though it is the effect, so is it the cure for the cause... through such pain appears the ability to learn, overcome, and move on. Thus the basis of my questions: Could a life be perfect with the absence of pain? Would you want such a life? Whereas the homeless have more respect for materials they do possess, is it parallel to people w/ excessive trials and tribulations having greater appreciation regarding their fond memories? Who are we to demand explanation for such trials while we let so much go not noticed or asked? Who are we to reprimand our creator for tribulations when all the positive is taken for-granted? Should that not be paralleled also?
