My Angel

I know noone can clip my angel's wings,
I can feel her around me in everything,
The most beautiful voice when she sings,
She visits me everynight in my dreams,
And really knows how to liven up things.

She tells me everything is going to get better,
I've trusted her since before I even met her,
Reassures my loneliest times when I let her,
Puts up with so much and still never gets bitter,
Believes in me because she knows I'm no quitter.

Clearing my mind when it's cluttered again,
Knowing that there is no reason to pretend,
I'm sure that she knows she is my best friend,
I would die for her if it came to that in the end,
Because without her my heart couldn't mend.
