Letter from the editor

When you think of Drama, what writing form immediately comes to mind? Poetry? No? It should be at the top of the list.

Poetry is often a mixture of imagery and emotion. What is Drama but emotion? Through our poetry, we often deal with our most intimate emotions-love*Heart*, hate, fear*Shock*, anger*Angry*, happiness*Smile*, sorrow*Cry*. These are all dramatic in their own right.

When you read, or even write a poem, you should be made to feel something. Poetry is something we often all can relate with in some way or another. We each take our own experiences with us when we read.

My picks this month are poems that caused me to feel. I hope you enjoy them as well!*Smile*

See you all next month!
