Letter from the editor

What are some of the human characteristics that anthros possess? Humans are bipedal, so anthros could stand upright and walk using two feet. They could have physical features similar to a human being, such as those of a Centaur. The arrangement of their bones could resemble the arrangement of human bones. They could have human-like vocal chords, which would allow them to use speech in the way humans do.

Anthros, like humans, are sentient creatures. That is they are self-aware and have the abilities that go along with a conscious mind. Anthros have emotions, which mean that they can experience excitement, anxiety, discomfort, doubt, depression, and all the other entwined emotions that are elements of human consciousness.

Each anthro species has culture, customs, laws, and an evolutionary path. They are characters in both science fiction and fantasy stories with or without human characters. Their treatment is stories and novels vary with the plot. Anthros can either like or dislike humans and visa versa.

I am in the process of rewriting a science fiction novel that contains both anthros and humans. I now realize why I am having difficulty with the rewrite. I want to thank BIG BAD WOLF Feeling Thankful Author Icon for the information.
