I wouldn't want to change this poem much, but as a suggestion, to make it even more impressive, you might, if you wish, add the name of a poet to the line, "Who reads poetry by candlelight." Case in point, the first two lines of the second stanza might say: 'A man who cooks a casserole with love,// Who reads Neruda in candlelight.' This way you would define that dream person more exactly.
