I agree with everything in this article. You created a complete list of the disastrous effect of climate change, along with some good examples on how this affects humans.
Your list of steps that everyone can take also makes a lot of sense. As an immigrant to the United States, I do find it funny when people say things like:

"Replace single use plastics with reusable materials."

Until I came to the USA, plastic flatware, for instance, was something that was only (if at all) used during picnics. Here in the United States, plastic flatware is everywhere. I have met newlyweds who have bought plastic flatware because the one that they really wanted was too expensive. This blew my mind since plastic has to be replaced and repurchased all of the time, meaning there is no savings there. When I started my own first household, I went to a store and bought the cheapest reusable items I could get. Did I love them? No, but they aren't broken yet 26 years later.

I agree with saving water. To do a little bit of that, I have replaced my front lawn with native bushes that won't need much watering once established. My backyard looks terrible because I refuse to sprinkle water on invasive turf. I plan to turn it into a vegetable patch, thus using the water for a good reason and at the same time reducing my footprint for food that needs transporting to me.

Small things add up. Even if only in our own wallets for now.

From a sheer writing point of view, I see no issues with this text. To increase readability, you could include bullet points or make some parts stand out in bold.

By the way, hashtags don't work withing Writing.com. At least they don't create an immediate direct link as they do on some websites.
