*CakeB* HAPPY WDC ACCOUNT ANNIVERSARY FROM "Anniversary ReviewsOpen in new Window.*CakeP*

Hello, Redtowrite, aka kat47!

INITIAL IMPRESSION / OVERVIEW:

*Bulletg* I enjoyed reading your "The Perfect Wife" fiction story today,

*Bulletg* Your writing kept me riveted and I read straight through to the end; and what a surprise at the end!

MORE DETAILED FEEDBACK:

*Bulleto* Happy Writing.Com Anniversary month! I hope you enjoy this review as a celebration of your time here and find the review uplifting and encouraging.

*Bulleto* I saw that this "The Perfect Wife" fiction story of yours was reviewed and appreciated by someone at "Anniversary Reviews" today, and, albeit with a bit of a religious bias, I clicked on it, expecting something relating to Proverbs 31 of the Holy Bible. I would like to be as perfect a godly wife as humanly possible, so I always like to learn more about that. As I read your story (not realizing yet that it was a story), I quickly changed my expectation from it being a Bible-based essay about the Old-Testament times excellent wife, to it possibly being a modern, Italian version of it... and then clearly that wasn't right either. That's when I looked up and noticed that it was fiction, so decided to just enjoy the story.

*Bulleto* You sure brought this perfect wife from one level of living to a different one. I liked that you included the trigger for her change in behavior in the fourth paragraph. I liked that you told a whole, complete story in so few words.

*Bulleto* Your story was concise and easy to follow and flowed logically.

*Bulleto* I wondered if this was written for a contest or challenge here?

*Bulleto* I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your "The Perfect Wife" fiction story.

*Bulleto* I thought the repeated phrase you used from beginning to end (with a twist at the end) was a good fit for your story.

*Bulleto* I thought the emotional, experience, and psychology genres you selected for this "The Perfect Wife" fiction story were a perfect match for it.

IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER:

In the spirit of helpfulness, and because of the requirements of a new reviewing challenge I joined recently, I have one little suggestion to make your piece stronger. If you're interested in some constructive criticism, read on. But if you aren't, no worries. Just know that I enjoyed your piece and move on to the next section.

Still reading? You're brave! Yay for you! *Clap*

*Bulletb* The best thing I can think of to improve this story isn't about the story itself/ It would be to include a word count either in the description or below your story. Most readers like to know, before they start reading, what a story's approximate word count is. I could tell at a glance that this was a short piece, but I did wonder what the word count was.

*Bulletb* Another thing doesn't really have to do with the writing, but it would be nice to have, is if you did write this story for a contest or challenge here, to name it and link to it. It's always fun for me to see where things are entered.

As with any review, please take what serves you and release or ignore what doesn't.

CONCLUSION:

*Bulletv* I enjoyed reading your "The Perfect Wife" fiction story, and thought you did a great job with it.

*Bulletv* Thank you for sharing your time, creativity, heart, experiences, and writing with the Writing.Com community!

*Bulletv* Once again, happy anniversary month! I hope the year ahead is filled with blessings and joy for you!

May love, joy and peace be yours in abundance during this New Year, your anniversary month, and always!

PWheeler
