Leaving a team. One has to wonder; why, why leave? Reasons can vary, and can include, but are not limited to - lack of pay, hostile teammate/s, knowing no one due to changes in the rooster, being injured in such a way to prevent one from participating effectively, or there are other jobs that pay better. There are many reasons. The trick is picking the right one.
