Characters:
Evie lives with her two pets and is interested in Brenda, someone she sees as out of reach.

Setting:
You packed a lot into this that will come in handy over the next five weeks. From the animals that talk with the help of a device, to Evie being added to the group, and the dream that kicked off the story.

Word Choices:
Good description of Brenda, both in the dream sequence and when they bumped into one another on the street. Brenda doesn't believe she's attractive, and even as Evie gives her a once over, the descriptions lead the reader to think the same. But that contracts with the dream Brenda. Good word choices with descriptions of everything that was happening around Evie.

Final Thoughts:
You nailed the prompt. You gave enough information to peak my curiosity in regards to your couple, and also with the background information. I am looking forward to your next assignment.
