Hello Sean, I ran across your entry "Me, myself, and I 2023" I believe on Read & Review. The title sounded interesting. One of the genres you selected is Philosophy which greatly interests me. That was the hook that worked. I read it and am now going to review it for you. I hope you find it helpful. Overall impression: I immediately was engaged by the way you laid out your thoughts by date. It appears as a journal/diary format, with the entire year of 2023 included on one page. It was easy to read with each date in bold font. It is an original idea I have not seen in all my reviewing here in the last year. Good job! The statements you recorded were musings I have had at one point or another. Philosophically speaking, the various topics you covered sum up to be guiding principles for behavior. "Don't expect anything and you won't be disappointed, that's my philosophy." (Oxford Dictionary) You had many things to say which were windows into your individual beliefs or questioning thereof. Mechanically sound, one suggestion I have is to remove the genre "Other" and replace it for a genre that is more specific. The genres are used by readers, newsletter editors, and people looking to read their favorite genre to perhaps nominate your piece of writing for a Quill award. "Other" does not give you that opportunity to get read. The entry for July 12th resonates with me. It is relatable because of my personal beliefs. There are others too numerous to count. In total, your logic makes sense and I learned a lot about you as well as myself reading it. Congratulations on a nice comprehensive accounting of a full year of things periodically on your mind . That is a huge commitment met so kudos to you! Write on! tracker
"Game of Thrones" My review has been submitted for consideration in "Good Deeds Get CASH!" .
