What a lovely idea! I like the way you mix a modern-day concept with traditional values and yearnings, and give us a simple verse that readers can relate to.

The words chosen and verse structure echo the mood of the poet.

I am not aware of what exactly the title and brief description refer to (I'd need to look it up, I guess!) but the poem works for me as it is.

My only suggestion would be for WritingML - font, size, line-space and centering.
