Your poem was deeply emotional and I could feel the feelings of bereftment and loss as I read it. I could also feel the deep love, which made the feelings of loss all the stronger.


Death is a bugger. I hope this isn't from experience, but suspect that it is. Time supposedly makes it easier... not sure if it really does for everyone.


I loved your use of poetic devices.

The ending was probably my favorite part. Still sad, but even so, a connection that remains.
