I could definitely relate to the theme of your poem as I also have allergies yet love the season of spring.

You kept me riveted and I read straight through to the end. Well done!

Your rhyming definitely is what makes this poem great instead of just good, in my opinion. It also made it feel funnier and like it had a nice rhythm. Well done!


My favorite line was: "It coats my car and dusts my hair." Not sure why? Just because it's true yet funny, maybe. And happens to me too. Though I'd rather it didn't, just like you.

I hoped you won the contest you entered this poem in. It's highly relatable. I haven't done any research but suspect that spring is a favorite season for most people (though many people like autumn even more).

I liked picturing all the colors of the things you described as I read your poem. You gave me lots of lovely imagery to enjoy as I read. Well done!
