I spotted this gem in the VIP Garden at the "Poetry Review Garden [on hiatus]"  and am dropping in with a review for you!


Overall Impression/Emotional Impact:

This is a lovely poem for Valentine's Day and could be in a greeting card! It's a sweet and romantic poem about enduring love.

Grammar, Spelling and Mechanics:

An acrostic poem is a poem where the letters in each line spell out a word or phrase. Typically, the first letters of each line are used to spell the message.
You did just that wonderfully, but the last line (If you wonder the reason...It's Valentine's Day!!!) should be eliminated for this to be a true acrostic.

Love beyond time that lasts you all year..
Remove the second period at the end and consider removing the word 'you'.

Surprises still possible...it’s so much fun.
Consider this small change: Surprises are still possible...it’s so much fun.

Admiring glances turn into kiss.
This line needs a slight modification.
Admiring glances turn into kisses.
or
Admiring glances turn into a kiss.


Closing Comments:

As I mentioned, this is a wonderful poem and you did a great job with it! Keep writing!
