I really liked this because it goes well with your crafted words. The poet go back in time, with his mind in Brooklyn, remember those good old days where he once lived, the street where he played . He tells “Now everyone I know has left
Perhaps a few have stayed”. He remember the people who had loved him and he feel nostalgic.
I feel this poem is positive by the lines “I’m better off where I live now
And this is where I’ll stay”.
