You've not only talked about a colour, but about a wide range of human experiences and emotions linked by that colour. Yes, a colour can be a symbol of good and evil, love and hate ... depending on the context. I appreciate the word-play at the end of the poem.

Suggestion - Some WritingML, like font, size, and center. Also maybe color - grey, to look closer to silver, and bold ... ?
