First Impression: After reading the first article in this series, I had to go on to the second because I suffer from Osteoarthritis.

What needs your attention: I found no technical problems. I did find this article difficult to read because there were no headings or paragraph spaces between the paragraphs. I suggest inserting a paragraph space after each paragraph.

What part I liked best: I like the emphases the author placed on reading the side effects of medication and the labels on foods because these two activities help in controlling weight and making positive choices about diet. I also like the reminder about Naproxen causing weight gain, a side effect I had forgotten about.

Overall impression: In this article, the author discusses things that help her deal with arthritis. These are good suggestions, and everyone with any type of arthritis should consider them. I enjoyed reading this educational and thought provoking article because it gave positive suggestions about dealing with all forms of arthritis. Thank you for sharing this wonderful article.
