First Impression: Posting these for anyone to read holds you more accountable, as you know that anyone can stop by over the months and see that much or no progress has been made. It's a great idea.

Organisation: Everything is neatly organised with different colours, Writing ML and those awesome progress bars. Your 500 review goal is terrific. Mine's a little lower at 300 by the end of the year. *Smile*

SMART: The best way to aim for something is apparently SMART. Specific, measurable, achievable, results focused and time-bound. Your goals follow all of those things, so you should definitely have faith that you're going to achieve and exceed all of them. *Bigsmile*
