Title: A suitable title, that draws the reader in as we wonder, what are human books?

First Impression: A very creepy piece, written well in under 300 words! My skin almost crawled as I made the link between the books and the name of the bookstore before the main character did.

Plot: You've got a simple introduction, with your MC entering a bookstore, known as "Human Books" and ending with your MC probably regretting his decision to enter the shop! The last sentence had a very final ring to it.

Characterisation: You spend most of your words explaining the two other men in the store. There was a lot of detail here, maybe a little too much for such a short flash fiction piece, although I did enjoy the comparison between those two and the Addams family.

Setting: The description of the smell of the books and the way they were bound with skin and hair is great to scare the reader. *Thumbsup*

Spelling/Grammar: The only thing I noticed, "and wore badge which read" should read "and wore a badge which read".

Closing Thoughts: Thanks for the entertaining read! I'm glad I stumbled across this piece whilst random reviewing. *Smile*
