Is the poem interesting? love is always interesting
Does the poem sound melodic? yes because of the l's throughout
Does the poem say something? Does it have depth? a light lovely little poem
Is the poem too abstract? Can you understand the message? no and yes
Does the poem have power or beauty or both? this poem is sweet
Does the poem contain common clichés?most love poems are cliched because they have been written so many times.
Do the words in the poem seemed forced to conform to the form or line syllable count? This poem does seem to stretch the sentences a bit to make the syllable count. The syllable count on the last line is 7 instead of six. I think the poet could use different words and fit the syllable count without stretching the sentence.
Is the poem's punctuation used effectively?yes
Are there any interesting words in the poem? I like the words 'layer' and 'divine'
