I like the fact that you use a specific tone with your reviewee, just as you would when writing a story. This was most interesting, because once you figure
out who this person is, then when you choose the tone to use, you can encourage
him/her in the way that they will understand and accept.


This is a short article but has a lot of impact to teach us in writing our own reviews. You reminded me to check my own spelling and grammar before submitting our reviews. If we want to encourage, we need to be as professional as possible.
