A "minimialist" Alliterisen? Hum, a new concept. You have done well with the seven lines and with the unique syllable count to be sure. The Complex Alliterisen does require two alliterations per line and the Rhyming Alliterisen only one alliteration per line, but with seven syllables per line. You have created a nice alliterative poem.

Just a few suggestions.
I think your poem could possibly be given a title and a rating - probably 'E.'

While I enjoy creativity, I do state in the contest rules that the form prompt will be judged with accuracy to the form.
