Telling Kim about it

It was our friend Kim, who had looked kind of distressed.

"Kim, are you okay?" I asked

"Not really.. I wasnt able to study last night and now I have a chem exam in the morning that's worth 25% of my grade and..." she continued

"Hey, you should use your stone on her!" Scott exclaimed, but I quickly tried to shut him up. I didnt want news of this spreading.

"What stone?" Kim asked.

"Oh just some stupid..." I began

"No, its incredible! Its this stone that can give you mind-reading powers and stuff!" Scott exclaimed.

"Well, maybe, I mean, it could be dangerous..." I sighed. But Kim insisted that she wanted some kind of magical powers so...
