'He got too fat and slow,' replies Bennett, grinning. 'At least, that's what Coach says.'

'And it's not right, it's just coach's unfairness!' exclaimed Stacey. 'Just because he's a hardbody, he thinks everybody else should be. There's guys a lot fatter than Adam playing ball on other school's teams.'
'Yeah, well,' says Adam, a touch scornful, 'if he wants to lose because he doesn't want to have guys my size on his O-line, 'cause he doesn't want to 'look at' fat guys, well, that's his problem. I can play elsewhere!'
