The library felt like the best place to start. It was before school so chances are there would be someone to find in there.
Little study desks were set up at the end of each row of books in the snug little library. Jenn, now dressed in jean shorts, a white tank top, and a pair of flip flops, marched along the rows. Each time she looked down she was disapointed to see some adverage punk, or a bunch that looked like they were planning something. Almost giving up thats when she came across a short skinny girl with glasses at the very last row.
With sparkles in her narrow eyes and a smile on her soft lips, Jenn looked around and slowly marched down toward the girl. Marcia. A sweet little bookworm with long burnette hair and freckles.
"So, whatcha doing here so early Marcy?" Jenn asked, looking curiously up at the bookshelf. Books on astrology greeted her. "Doing research on things that are bigger than you?"
Startled, the nerdy girl before her pushed up her glasses and looked up squinting, "Oh, Jenn." Looking back to her work, slightly concerned that this popular bully was talking to her. "I'm looking up astral bodies, so I guess you could say that."
"Well that's funny. I was just thinking about how much bigger I am than you. I mean, really, if you just were stamped out, would anyone really know?" Jenn asked, anticipation building that she couldn't contain in her words.
"Pardon me?" Marcia asked, getting a little flustered and glaring up at Jenn. The trim beauty standing over her gave her classic grin.
Jenn walked right up to Marcia and brushed her fingers through her hair, "So cute. It's a shame it's all wasted with such a meaningless life."
Marcia looked back to her work, "Just because I'm making something of my life and not giving every guy that winks at me a screw does not make my life meaningless."
With a playfull smirk Jenn asked, "Wanna play little bug? Want to see if you can run from my foot or get squished under it?"
"What are you," Marcia began as she turned to Jenn frusterated. Remote in hand, Marcia came face to face with the device just before a bright flash went off in her face.
